About

Why I built The Super Glue Healing Library

Because when something is understood clearly, it becomes easier to carry

Why reading wasn’t enough, and what finally began to hold.

For a long time, I thought I needed different answers.
Another book.
Another explanation.
Another way to make the feelings stop.

The more I read, the more I recognised myself in the words.
But recognition didn't last.
I would understand something one evening, and wake the next morning feeling exactly the same.

It wasn't because the insight was wrong.
It was because understanding hadn't had time to settle.

Over time, something changed.
I stopped asking,
"How do I stop feeling this?"
and started asking,
"What is actually happening here?"
That question changed everything.

When I began to understand the patterns beneath my thoughts, emotions and behaviours, I stopped seeing them as personal failures.

I could see them for what they were.
Human responses.
Patterns.
Ways of trying to carry experiences that had never really settled.

That became the foundation of The Super Glue Healing Library.
Every book, journal, guided session, and digital tool exists for the same reason:

To help you understand your experience more clearly.
Because understanding doesn't always remove pain.
But it can remove confusion.

And when confusion begins to lift, life often becomes a little easier to carry.

This philosophy wasn't developed in theory.
It grew out of lived experience.

If you'd like to understand where it began, my story starts with Facing Heartbreak.
